Cancellation Policy
At Stones & Strands, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. To respect both our time and our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
We understand that life happens and unexpected situations do arise. Emergencies will always be taken into consideration—please communicate with us as soon as possible if something comes up.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a booking restriction. After three occurrences, we may require future appointments to be prepaid or may no longer be able to reserve appointments in advance.
